GRAVI™- Lab: Automated station
GRAVI™- Lab is an automated microfluidics-based platform, designed for running bead-protocol ELISA tests with standard immunology reagents. The instrument works with GRAVI™- Chip, i.e. the microchannel- harboring biosensors, in which all, from sample preparation through signal detection in 16 parallel channels, is performed. Programming of sequential assay and regeneration loops allows running up to 4 x 96 tests, fully unattended. Various assays can be embarked and run in less than 10 minutes, i.e. at speeds offering a quasi real-time monitoring solution in serial testing, and with the flexibility for performing most any available ELISA or affinity assay.
